Route: An anti-clockwise route around the perimeter of South Africa. On foot from East London to Mocambique Border; mountain bike to Augrabies; kayak to Alexander Bay; run, via Cape Town, to East London. “6 762km done in 148 days. The breakdown is 2409km of running, 3748km of cycling and 615km of paddling/kayaking – 1262km further than anticipated! Our target was to be home by no later than 31 July, which we managed by a five-day margin.” This was a supported expedition.
